Terry went to school at the age of 16 years old with the influence of his father to get into a trade that would help people and utilize the mechanical skills that his father taught him. His father was a mechanic and jack of all trades and with influencing terry to be an HVAC tech he would be able to utilize his social and mechanical skills in helping customers choose the right unit for their home and commercial business, able to break down complicated HVAC talk into plain terms where customers would understand exactly what they were getting and what was needed. Terry has helped start 3 major HVAC companies 2 of which are in California and 1 here in Maui until Terry decided that he wanted to go into business for himself to help the people of Maui. Terry has over 20 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing ALL types of manufacture units both commercial and residential.

One of Terry strongest skills besides being able to diagnose any HVAC problem is his skill to communicate complicated terms into terms the customer is able to understand and trust. He is honest, humble, and a man of integrity and is very respected in the construction community on Maui.
